I've heard many things as the days roll on From planet smashers to detonations of atomic bombs Great wars covering the land in blood The very sun blocked out by ash and soot The return of the Christ, or his counterpart come to rob us of soul, empathy and heart 2012 doomsday apocalypse But to me it all sounds like a load of shit But enlightenment, the idea that everyone will awaken within a period of unmatched harmony, mutual understanding and unity Wouldn't it be nice? Everybody holding hands as we join the light But what if when we enter out we don't like what we find? Insanity brought on by joining of our minds Awakening to Desolation Awakening to Desolation Imagine every fucked up thought you've ever had, multiplied by Every murderer and psychopath alive Schizophrenia lived out for the rest of time Omniscience has a price, visuals solidify, heaven and hell unify, into one Individualism gives way to hive mind Losing our way over unyielding skies The vast landscape of time stretched out before us Will we like what we find? An unending stream of every souls consciousness Will we like what we find? Armageddon comes alive when we decide Armageddon comes alive Armageddon comes alive when we decide Armageddon comes alive

Your Majesty, I commend thee Your viciousness matched only by your bloodlust The sheer senselessness of it all drives me mad with grief So if I'm damned at least you're coming along for the ride Since a little boy I admired the nobility Dreaming of the days when I could end my families poverty Day in and day out I would look upon his majesty Gallantly riding his noble steeds backed up by Calvary Everything changed one fateful day when a prophecy was made That the ruler, once the slaver, soon would become the enslaved Maddened and drunk on power, the king sought out a way to avoid This catastrophic class war that threatened to usurp his throne Rounding up every family residing in the slums He murdered them in cold blood Little did he know, he created an assassin when he took away the only thing that tied me to this kingdom Now instead of dreaming of a day when I become king I lay awake dreaming of the day I destroy him I feel I should start with the raping of his princess Let him experience what he did to his servants Blood will run down like water to mountains Tonights the night Tonight your life Tonight I take everything you love away from you When you look upon your altar you will see your precious daughter and queen bound and writhing helplessly trying to scream out warnings But by then it'll be too late and as you lay there bleeding out The last thing that you see will be your whole family dead...and defiled Everything will have finally come full circle Now my families afterlives can be carefree and peaceful Yet as I begin to walk away I feel a realization Vengeance now complete, I sit and contemplate My actions tonight that have led me to such a place Though my intentions true and my revenge well earned I cannot help but feel as if I made a mistake When I found that letter The order came from another Done by another, murder's my color Now a killer it doesn't matter Works not done yet, I have nothing left I will find him, The High Priest

To my eyes I see a waste A defilement to my creations of clay Thou hast wrought upon thyselves a fury which you all may pray is never seen again To the depths of hell are you all condemned Don't even bother trying to repent I gave to you the blessed river Jordan and in response you give me rage and war I gave to you salvation through Abraham and in response you give me sin galore Wicked heathens, kneel before your god for soon you will know his wrath Cherish these hours for they'll soon be gone Your budding future now returned to ash Look not upon the ashes, Look not upon the flames Look not upon the ruin, or a pillar you shall remain I often wonder when alone, if maybe I made a mistake In trusting such a young and stupid creation with their own fate Could it be that I, the creator , the omnipotent in forsaking my archangels fell pray to arrogance? Though I offered mercy and everlasting forgiveness to you all You repaid me in kind with the raping of angels and so I damn you all Cursed Humans I often wonder when alone, if maybe I made a mistake In trusting such a young and stupid creation with their own fate Could it be that I, the creator , the omnipotent in forsaking my archangels fell pray to arrogance? I didn't want(Why couldn't you)…You shouldn't have(It has to end)…I really tried(No turning back)…WHAT THE FUCK As I look down upon the cities as the flames take their toll I cannot shake this feeling that I'm the one who should atone For clearly I must have made a mistake, a miscalculation For perfect beings in my perfect image can't deserve such devastation SUCH DEVASTATION The storm's behind me now, and yet I feel hallow Powerful though I am, it seems not all invincible Emotionally vested in these creatures of mud and dust What makes them infinitely more important then the universe?

about

It's about 3 years in the making, and 29 people on Facebook have been waiting forever to hear this, so yeah. There ya go. Listen up. Or whatever.

This album is dedicated to the memory of my(Damien) father, Kenneth Edward Andrew Vaughn Ellinghaus. A great man and an even better musician, he's the reason I've always aspired to play music, and this serves as an eternal thank you to him for being in my life and teaching me and loving me and my mother more then I could've ever asked for, both in life and in death. I love you pops, Thrash in hell.
